Born and raised in Manhattan, Daria Greenbaum’s interest in Real Estate began when she was a teenager, helping her parents manage their multi-family properties in New York. Over her career in Los Angeles, she has participated in over $300m in real estate sales to date.
Prior to her entry into the LA real estate market, Daria spent 10 years working in luxury fashion in New York and Paris and has worked with some of the world’s most recognizable and influential brands, including Louis Vuitton, Apple, BMW, Alexander Wang, Kenzo, Margiela, Thom Browne, and Opening Ceremony among dozens of others. Publications such as Vogue have cited Daria for her expertise in creating powerful visual branding and her understanding of luxury consumer behavior; a skill set that has parlayed seamlessly into her real estate career.
Daria credits her interest in architecture — particularly her passion for Los Angeles’ historically significant residences — as a key factor that motivated her move to the west coast. It was, however, the successful purchase and renovation of her first home in Silver Lake that inspired her to become an agent full-time.
Daria attributes her negotiation skills learned at NYU’s Stern School of Business to have led to many of her client's success stories in Los Angeles’ ultra-competitive marketplace. Her relationships have also allowed her clients to acquire several of Los Angeles’ most coveted homes off-market. She combines her passion for design, renovation, branding, and deal-making with her innate New York hustle to create a personalized client experience that raises the bar on what the home buying and selling experience can be.
